03. Website Use
You may browse our website for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, access non-public systems, scrape content at scale, or use our materials without permission.

Where we provide product or client portal access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

06. Intellectual Property

Client-owned content remains the client’s property. Upon full payment, the client may receive a licence or assignment of deliverables as specified in the relevant project agreement.
07. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely information, approvals, access and feedback required to perform the services. Delays caused by incomplete inputs may affect timelines and costs.
- Nominate a primary contact for decisions and sign-off
- Ensure any third-party licences needed for the work are in place
- Review deliverables within the agreed acceptance window
08. Fees & Payment
Fees, payment schedules and taxes will be stated in invoices or contracts. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period specified. Late payments may result in pause of work or suspension of access.
Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
09. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information received from the other party secure and to use it only for performing the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
10. Warranties & Disclaimers
We aim to deliver professional, reliable services. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Written project agreements, SLAs and product plans take precedence over general website terms where they conflict.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunity. Our total liability arising from any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid to us for that engagement during the preceding three months, unless a written contract states otherwise.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Thinline harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the website or services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as provided in the relevant contract. We may suspend or terminate website access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, confidentiality and limitation of liability, will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any different venue agreed in a signed contract.
